MailWise · Intelligent email operations · Cross-industry

Your service mailboxes, run as a governed operation.

MailWise agents read, classify, draft and route every customer email, with attachments included. You keep the thresholds, the maker–checker approvals and the audit trail.

How it works

From arrival to action, every time.

  1. 01

    Ingest

Service mailboxes watched in real time

  2. 02

    Classify

Each email assigned one of your categories, with a confidence score

  3. 03

    Draft

An agent writes a grounded, compliant reply

  4. 04

    Approve

It auto-sends or goes to maker–checker review, depending on your thresholds

  5. 05

    Resolve

The reply is sent, the case assigned and a service ticket raised

Capabilities

What MailWise does.

  • Dual-engine classification

Your own trained ML model and an LLM score every email together against your categories: one category, one confidence number, fully explainable.

  • Agentic reply drafting

Replies grounded in your resolved cases, product terms and system data, written in your organization's tone rather than generic AI text.

  • Maker–checker control

You set the thresholds. High-confidence replies auto-send, and the rest queue for approve, edit or reject. Every decision is logged.

  • Automatic ticket creation

Service requests and complaints raise a ticket (in Jira, or in your service desk through APIs) with category, priority and SLA already set.

  • Attachment & document AI

Cheques, KYC documents, mandates and statements are read, classified and reviewed in their own queue.

  • TAT, SLA & continuous improvement

Live dashboards on turnaround, ageing and escalation. Reviewer feedback is used to retrain the model on your own mail over time.

Ready to go

Preconfigured for retail banking: the first industry setup

  • Accounts & deposits

    • Account opening & activation
    • Statements & balance certificates
    • Account closure & dormancy
  • Cards

    • Issuance, PIN & activation
    • Limit enhancement
    • Blocking, hotlisting & replacement
  • Payments & transactions

    • Failed & reversed transactions
    • Standing instructions & mandates
    • Cheque status & stop payment
  • Lending & servicing

    • Loan application status
    • EMI & repayment schedules
    • Foreclosure & part-payment
  • Disputes & fraud

    • Disputes & chargebacks
    • Unauthorized transactions
    • ATM cash-not-dispensed claims
  • KYC & grievance

    • Re-KYC & document submission
    • Grievances & escalations
    • Regulatory & ombudsman correspondence

Every category is wired to a ticket, with its own routing rule, priority, turnaround clock and destination queue. A dispute becomes a ticket with the case type, customer ID and evidence attached, while a statement request auto-replies and closes. Nothing sits unowned in a shared mailbox.

Control & governance

Every reply governed and traceable.

  • Human in the loop

Confidence-based routing, auto-send thresholds per category, one-click approve / edit / reject, and maker–checker on sensitive categories.

  • Audit trail

Every classification and edit logged, with reviewer, timestamp and reason, and the model version recorded per decision.

  • Data protection & access

Four-tier role-based access with SSO / OAuth 2.0, encryption in transit and at rest, and customer data that never trains our models.

Part of larger workflows

On the platform, MailWise is also the email layer for other outcomes. A bank's onboarding & re-KYC outcome, for example, uses MailWise to send outbound re-KYC requests and take in the documents that come back.
